One Piece Odyssey: Release date
One Piece Odyssey's release date was specified as 2022 in the announcement, so it won't be that long away. In reality, the game won't release until January 12, 2023, which is the first day of the next year rather than in 2022.
One Piece Odyssey: Platforms
All current console generations as well as the majority of older ones will receive One Piece Odyssey. That covers the Xbox Series X/S, PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Despite the lack of any storyline details, we do discover that Oda, the original creator, is responsible for both the tale and the new characters.

Bandai did release a development diary with the games producer, composer, and current editor of the One Piece manga, however it wasn't a conventional trailer. They cover a lot, but the design of the game was intended to faithfully capture what made this manga so distinctive and evoke the sense of a grand journey contained in the source material. They single out the phrase "let's journey to the center of memories" as being essential to understanding the game's central idea.
One Piece Odyssey: Gameplay
Even while we only catch brief glimpses of gameplay, we do know that One Piece Odyssey will be a JRPG, which is still quite ambiguous. It sounds quite similar to current Dragon Quest games: enemies will be visible in the world, and players will have the option of choosing to confront them by coming into touch with them or avoid them. Each character has a different set of skills that you may switch between at any moment. For example, Zoro can cut through obstructions with his swords while Luffy has stretch arms.
The only other activities we witness are some open-air exploring, treasure hunting, and what appear to be puzzles.

According to how many players are supported on the game's box, One Piece Odyssey is a single-player only game. Sorry, but your crew cannot accompany you on this particular pirate expedition.

One Piece Odyssey is currently accepting preorders through the official website even though there is no set release date. Currently, they are just offering a Standard Edition for $60, but the selection choice might mean that they want to introduce further editions in the future.
